About Datasharp & Infobel
Datasharp is an AI-first business data platform powering global data products used by sales, marketing, analytics, and research teams worldwide. Our ecosystem includes: Infobel, Woosmap, Techsalerator. We believe AI is not a side tool, it is part of how the company operates every day. Teams across Datasharp actively use AI systems, agents, and automation tooling to move faster, stay lean, and operate at a high level.
The Role
We’re hiring an AI Revenue Operations Specialist to run the operational backbone of Infobel’s existing customer base. You’ll work directly with Nathan (Head of Sales), owning the workflows that keep customers supported, invoices accurate, commissions clean, and revenue flowing. This role sits at the intersection of customer operations, finance operations, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll be customer-facing enough to jump on calls, analytical enough to live in spreadsheets, and operational enough to build repeatable systems that scale.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate ongoing customer check-ins and relationship touchpoints
- Handle basic customer questions and coordinate escalations with technical teams
- Help maintain strong customer retention and satisfaction
- Own invoicing accuracy and AR tracking end-to-end
- Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments
- Run collections and payment chase processes professionally and consistently
- Reconcile monthly commissions for Nathan and SDR teams
- Maintain accurate tracking and ensure timely payouts
- Reduce disputes through clean documentation and processes
- Use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, agents, automations)
- Automate repetitive workflows, summaries, reconciliations, and communication drafts
- Build and document scalable operational playbook
- Serve as a reliable interface between customers, sales, finance, and technical teams
- Bring structure and calm to operational processes
What We’re Looking For
We know this is an unusual mix of responsibilities. We are not expecting someone who has done every part of this role before. What matters most is whether your strengths align with the work. You likely fit if you are:
- Highly detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable coordinating multiple operational workflows simultaneously
- Strong with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Able to navigate messy datasets, trackers, or financial workflows
- Warm, professional, and confident communicating with customers
- Curious about AI and interested in using it to improve operations
- Fluent in English
Strong Plus
- French and/or Dutch
- Experience with AR, finance ops, customer success, or sales operations
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
What We Offer
- High ownership and visibility from day one
- Direct exposure to leadership, including Nathan and Antoine (CEO)
- AI tooling budget (Claude Pro, API credits, automation tools)
- Learning and conference budget
- A clear growth path into Revenue Operations leadership as the business scales
Hiring Process
- 30-minute screening call with Clara
- Panel interview with Nathan and Antoine
- 2–3 hour take-home exercise (AR ageing + customer communication task)
- Reference checks
- In-person half-day session & offer
We aim to move from application to offer within approximately 4 weeks.
