Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Jira administration, and Agile project support .
The candidate will be responsible for automating software delivery processes, managing Jira workflows, supporting development teams, and ensuring efficient collaboration across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment.
- Administer and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Support Agile teams by managing Jira boards, sprint planning, reporting, and backlog configuration.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve release processes and deployment efficiency.
- Monitor build and deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
- Integrate Jira with tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Git Hub, Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with Dev Ops best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Jira Administration and workflow customization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as
Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI/CD, or Git Hub Actions .
- Strong knowledge of
Git and version control practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as
Python, Bash, or Power Shell .
- Experience with container technologies like
- Docker and orchestration using
Kubernetes .
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as
Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation .
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
