Position Purpose:
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist, you will spend time in two key areas: Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. In this exciting role, you\'ll be the engine that drives our UK recruitment efforts, playing a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top performers as we work towards expanding our office operations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to source and attract top sales talent and non-commercial talent.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Lead in-house, full cycle recruitment services working to weekly and monthly KPI\'s.
- HR Operations:
- Onboarding presentation session.
- Benefit enrollment.
- Offboarding.
- General HR administration and coordination.
- Provide HR support for our UK employees.
- Support the HR Operations team by conducting research on UK HR matters.
- Support the HR Operations team on UK HR policy writing.
- Support VP of Sales with the rollout of standard HR programs/projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
2. 1-2 years Talent Acquisition experience.
Preferred:
1. 1-2 years Employee Relations experience.
2. Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and IT.
3. Self-awareness; Self-motivated with an awareness and understanding of one\'s strengths and areas of development.
4. Experience in an advisory, information and/or business services organization.
