Role Summary

As a Sales Director - New Business, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead a team of experienced Business Development Managers and play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture through accountability, recognition, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support your team in complex sales cycles, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with fellow Sales Directors and senior leadership to align strategies and achieve company-wide growth goals.
  • Represent Info-Tech with professionalism, ensuring excellent client experiences in every interaction.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven success in building, leading, and motivating high-performing B2B sales teams in the technology industry.
  • Strong people-leadership skills with a history of developing top-performing sales talent.
  • A track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals in a professional services, SaaS, or subscription-based business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and deliver results under pressure.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German is strongly preferred.
