Position Overview

The Vice President, Sales - Europe is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the organization's sales strategy across Europe, and leading high-performing teams. This position plays a critical role in achieving business objectives through strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development, at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to influence business direction and growth.
    • Strategic business thinking, to develop and execute a new market entry plan to scale the European business at pace.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and mentor sales leaders and teams to achieve performance targets.
    • Foster a culture of engagement, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Hire and retain exceptional talent.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Drive annual revenue goals through effective sales programs and initiatives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and implement process improvements.
    • Implement client engagement programs to drive strong client retention rates, year on year.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Foster strong business stakeholder relationships.
    • Monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance trends.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to build and lead successful sales teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in scaling sales organisations across multiple new markets in Europe.
