What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you'll own and grow a strategic territory across UK/EMEA, partnering with technology and business leaders to help them solve complex organisational challenges.

You'll be responsible for

  • Developing new executive relationships and growing Info-Tech's presence across the UK/EMEA market.
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle—from strategic prospecting through to negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
  • Leading consultative, value-based conversations with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Identifying client priorities and aligning Info-Tech's research, advisory, consulting, and diagnostic services to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline through proactive business development, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and executive engagement.
  • Delivering compelling executive presentations tailored to each client's strategic priorities.
  • Collaborating closely with our analysts, executive advisors, and subject matter experts to bring the right expertise to every client engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce.
  • Contributing market insights and client feedback to continuously improve our products, services, and go-to-market approach.
  • Continuing to develop professionally through coaching, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with CIOs, senior technology leaders, and executive stakeholders, ideally across the Western Australian market.
  • A consultative, outcome-focused mindset, with the ability to understand business priorities, challenge thinking constructively, and connect technology initiatives to measurable organisational outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the confidence to engage in strategic conversations while remaining authentic, approachable, and client-centric.
  • A genuine sense of ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for your territory, your clients, and your results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continually learn, ask thoughtful questions, and deepen your understanding of technology, business, and leadership.
