We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Manager to oversee the strategy, creation, publication, and maintenance of all content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our brand voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a web content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Manage and maintain website content across all pages, ensuring up-to-date, relevant, and SEO-friendly material.
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, development, and marketing teams to publish content that supports campaigns and user experience.
  • Oversee the content calendar and coordinate content production timelines.
  • Write, edit, and proofread web content, including landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions, FAQs, and more.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports on content effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify content gaps, outdated material, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure content meets accessibility, usability, legal, and brand standards.
  • Manage CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Drupal, etc.), including training contributors and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or freelance writers when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in web content management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web publishing standards is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
