Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Analytics and Optimization Manager to lead efforts in transforming raw data into actionable insights and improving performance across digital channels, products, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent business acumen, and a proven track record of driving measurable growth through data optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead data analysis and optimization strategies across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience functions.

  • Manage web and app analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and performance enhancement.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to implement data-informed recommendations.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations for media spend, targeting, and engagement.

  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and proper tagging across digital assets.

  • Stay up to date on analytics tools, digital trends, and optimization best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s or Masters degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) roles.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).

  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and tag management systems (e.g., GTM).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, user behavior analysis, and performance attribution models.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-traffic digital environments.

  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling.
