Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Aircraft Assembler to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling parts of aircraft structures using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments while adhering to strict engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble aircraft components such as fuselage, wings, landing gear, and control surfaces based on blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality prior to assembly.

  • Use rivets, bolts, and adhesives to secure structural components.

  • Operate various hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, and grinders.

  • Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing processes.

  • Perform functional tests on systems and structures as required.

  • Report and document any defects or non-conformities during the assembly process.

  • Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma or vocational training in aircraft mechanics preferred).

  • Proven experience in aircraft assembly or related aerospace manufacturing role.

  • Familiarity with aircraft assembly standards, tools, and techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
