We are seeking a creative and passionate Game Designer to join our team and help shape the future of interactive entertainment. You will be responsible for crafting compelling game mechanics, systems, and experiences that captivate players and align with our creative vision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of gameplay, storytelling, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design game mechanics, features, and systems that support the core gameplay loop. Create detailed design documentation including game flowcharts, wireframes, and balancing sheets. Collaborate closely with artists, developers, and producers to ensure designs are implemented as intended. Iterate on gameplay based on team feedback, playtesting, and data analytics. Contribute to level design, mission scripting, and narrative integration when needed. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and player behavior. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in game design or a related discipline (adjust as needed). Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and user interface. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Jira, Confluence).
