- Consulting & Client Skills:Any prior experience (or a strong interest in) supporting client engagements, gathering requirements, and contributing to solution designs.
- An Analytical Mindset:The ability to look at technical data, diagnose issues, and recommend practical, real-world improvements.
- Foundational IT Knowledge:A solid grasp of core infrastructure concepts, such as how networks, servers, operating systems, or cloud platforms communicate.
- Troubleshooting Experience:Past experience in tech support, identifying and fixing hardware, software, or cloud-related issues in a structured way.
- Cloud & Automation Familiarity:It is highly advantageous if you have had exposure to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc.), basic scripting/automation, or a foundational understanding of security and compliance principles.
- Great Communication:Strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to confidently explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Educational Background:A relevant degree (or equivalent practical/self-taught experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
