About the Agency
We are a UK-based creative and communication agency specialising in brand communication, public relations, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, advertising, brand visibility, and creative content and video production. We help brands tell strong stories, build visibility, and connect with their audiences through strategic communication and creative execution. As we grow, we are looking for a freelance partner based in the UK to help us secure brands and strategic partnerships.
Your role
Your mission is to identify, approach, and sign brands and partnerships that want to work with our agency. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying relevant brands, companies, and potential partners
- Reaching out to decision-makers (founders, brand managers, marketing managers, communication leads)
- Presenting the agency's services and creative capabilities
- Discussing brand needs (campaigns, content, communication, visibility)
- Negotiating and closing contracts or partnerships.
You are free to choose your prospecting methods: LinkedIn outreach, email, networking, referrals, calls, DMs, events, etc. Your focus is business development and partnerships only (no campaign execution, no content production, no influencer management).
Compensation
100% commission-based (freelance)
Paid per signed and paid contract
Commission range: 15%β30% per deal, depending on deal size and involvement
No earning cap
Profile
- Freelance/independent contractor based in the UK
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client acquisition
- Comfortable presenting creative, communication, or marketing services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of branding, communication, advertising, or digital marketing
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
- Existing brand or agency-side network is a strong plus (required)
- Previous experience is mandatory.
