Role Description: Your Entry Point into High-Performance B2B Sales

This is a flexible, 100% remote, independent contractor role for a Student Business Development Role (Global BDR). It is designed as a direct entry point into our sales organization, offering a unique opportunity to learn by doing and earn based on performance from day one.

We are seeking ambitious, articulate, and highly motivated individuals who are eager to master the art of B2B sales. You will be immersed in our systems and processes from your first day, with continuous support to ensure your success.

Compensation: Performance-Based with a Guaranteed Draw

This is a commission-only role with a significant, performance-based safety net for your first three months. We offer a recoverable draw to provide a minimum income guarantee as you ramp up. As long as you book a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month, you are eligible for the draw which is equivalent to $8,000 within your first 90-days in role. This structure is designed to reward high-performers while providing stability during your initial learning period. Your earning potential is uncapped.

Training & Support: Learn by Doing

We believe the best way to learn is by doing. Our training model is built for rapid immersion and continuous improvement.

  • Day 1 Onboarding: A comprehensive 2-hour session to get you fully integrated into our systems.
  • Immediate Start: You will begin engaging with leads on your very first day.
  • Daily Training Meetings: You will join a daily team meeting specifically engineered for continuous training, skill refinement, and strategic support.

Flexibility & Commitment

This role is designed to be flexible. We can accommodate part-time or full-time commitments, with the following structure:

  • Minimum Commitment: A consistent 4 hours per day.
  • Full-Time Option: The ability to work up to 8 hours per day to maximize your outreach and earning potential.

Career Progression: A Clear Path to Advancement

We are committed to promoting from within. Our career path is clear and structured for high-achievers.

  • Global BDR: Master the fundamentals and consistently hit your meeting targets.
  • Senior BDR: Progress to a senior role with advanced training, higher incentives, and leadership opportunities.
  • Sales Team: The ultimate goal is to graduate to our core sales team, taking on a closing role with significantly higher earning potential.

Qualifications: What We Require

  • Exceptional English Proficiency (Written & Spoken): You must be a world-class communicator with a clear, confident, and articulate speaking voice. This is our most important requirement.
  • A Drive to Succeed: You are a coachable, resilient, and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
  • Self-Discipline & Autonomy: You are proactive, organized, and have the ability to thrive in a remote, independent contractor environment.
