Analyse jobs and work order requests to plan material, labour, and time requirements and provide costs estimates when required.
Response to emergency situations and provide for plumbing and sanitary service response at all times.
Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work Saturday and Sunday, after 10 pm.
