Overview of the job

As Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in developing creator-first strategies and creative responses for some of the region's most exciting brands across sectors including CPG and Finance. Working closely with senior clients and internal teams, you'll transform complex business challenges into clear, culturally relevant, platform-native ideas that drive both brand impact and audience engagement.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creators, culture, and creativity. You'll contribute to campaign development, proactive opportunities, and new business pitches while helping shape best-in-class creator marketing solutions that resonate across European markets.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop creator-first strategic recommendations and creative platforms in response to client briefs and business challenges.

  • Translate complex client objectives into clear, actionable, insight-led strategies and campaign narratives.

  • Create platform-native ideas that balance brand objectives, audience needs, creator authenticity, and cultural relevance.

  • Support the development of proactive strategic opportunities and new business pitches.

  • Build compelling strategic presentations and visually engaging decks that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Client Services, Media, and Talent teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.

  • Present strategic thinking confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay immersed in creator culture, platform developments, social trends, and consumer behaviours across European markets.

What you will need:

  • 6+ years' experience in a Strategy or Creative Strategy role within a creative, social, digital, or creator-focused agency.

  • Strong understanding of European markets, including cultural nuances, consumer behaviours, social trends, and regional moments.

  • A creator-first mindset, with a deep understanding of how creators influence brand perception and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Proven ability to distill complex client challenges into clear, actionable strategic recommendations and creative opportunities.

  • Excellent storytelling and presentation-building skills, with experience creating visually engaging strategic decks.

  • Strong client-facing experience and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, inspire, and bring others along with your thinking.
