Reporting of the role: This role reports to Senior Account Director, Commerce (EMEA)
Overview of the Job: As Senior Account Manager, TikTok Shop, you are the delivery-focused driving force behind our Social Commerce & Affiliate campaigns. You lead the end-to-end delivery of commerce campaigns across your accounts – owning day-to-day execution, affiliate programme operations, performance reporting and creator delivery – while supporting the Account Director on strategy and pitch responses.

Measures of Success: In the first few months, you would have:
- Embedded into the EMEA Commerce team and built strong working relationships across Client Services, Creative Operations, Sales and Paid Media.
- Developed a clear understanding of Influencer's Commerce & Affiliate framework, creator tiers and cross-platform commerce ecosystem (affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce).
- Taken ownership of end-to-end delivery across your accounts, running campaigns confidently through Waves, TikTok Shop and affiliate platforms.
- Supported the activation of at least two live affiliate programmes, driving measurable creator output across a client portfolio.
- Owned performance reporting and post-campaign analysis, converting data into insight and presenting to clients.
- Supported the development of Senior Account Executive(s), and built confidence in how creator volume and high-converting cohorts fuel performance outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of your accounts' Social Commerce & Affiliate campaigns; be the delivery-focused engine in the Commerce team.
- Build the operational backbone: timelines, creator briefs, affiliate programme setup and campaign plans.
- Own day-to-day execution across TikTok Shop (creator, seller, live) and affiliate networks.
- Run affiliate programme operations day to day: creator onboarding, link/code setup, tracking, CPA postbacks, commission structures and creator tiering.
- Own performance reporting and post-campaign analysis; convert GMV, AOV, CPA and ROAS data into clear insight and confidently present to clients.
- Manage campaigns via Waves and relevant social commerce/affiliate platforms, ensuring the wider team upload content accurately and creator payments are organised; oversee sampling and seeding.
- Help build and foster strong client relationships on the commerce workstream, managing expectations and sharing updates and actions (alongside Client Services).
- Assist the Sales and Client Services teams on commerce strategy, campaign tactics and pitch responses for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with TikTok Shop and affiliate network partners (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize).
What You Will Need:
- Experience in social commerce, affiliate and/or influencer marketing delivery is crucial.
- 5+ years in an agency or brand across influencer, social commerce, affiliate, performance or social.
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (creator, seller, live shopping).
- Experience running affiliate programmes or working with networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize).
- Experience delivering performance reporting and post-campaign analysis, and presenting to clients.
- Experience managing creators at volume across multiple live campaigns.
- Comfortable reviewing creator and brand agreements, with an understanding of usage and payment terms.
- High energy, highly organised, and able to prioritise quickly across several projects.
- A proven team player – proactive, positive and generous in supporting others.
