Reporting of the role: This role reports to Senior Account Director, Commerce (EMEA)

Overview of the job: As Senior Account Executive, Commerce, you are at the hands-on heart of client creator delivery for our Social Commerce & Affiliate campaigns. You own creator outreach, sample management and reporting support, building and maintaining strong relationships with creators and bringing best-in-class delivery to our clients. You'll work across TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns, managing high volumes of creators and content, and grow into more client interaction over time with support from your manager.

Measures of Success: In the first few months, you would have:

  • Embedded into the EMEA Commerce team and built strong working relationships across your immediate team, Client Services and Creative Operations.
  • Developed a clear understanding of Influencer's Commerce & Affiliate framework, creator tiers and cross-platform commerce ecosystem (affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce).
  • Learned our key systems – Slack, Google Workspace, Fastmoss, TikTok Shop Partner Centre and Waves – alongside our commerce trackers and sourcing processes.
  • Audited existing creator pools and communication workflows, identifying early opportunities to improve engagement and posting rate, and successfully recruited and onboarded new affiliate creators aligned to campaign and always-on client needs.
  • Supported the activation of live affiliate programmes by driving measurable creator output across at least one client portfolio.
  • Established foundational community infrastructure (communication channels, briefs and feedback loops) and built confidence in how your role fuels performance outcomes through creator volume and high-converting cohorts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation and onboarding of creators for TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns, managing them through Waves.
  • Manage product sampling and seeding end to end – logistics, tracking and follow-up – to drive content and conversion.
  • Support programme operations: creator onboarding, link/code setup, tracking and commission queries.
  • Pull and organise TikTok Shop and affiliate performance data (GMV, sales, conversion) and help build reports under the guidance of your manager.
  • Manage high volumes of creators and content across multiple commerce campaigns with short timelines.
  • Be a strong point of contact for creators, guiding them through briefs, guidelines and content.
  • Oversee campaigns via Waves, including brief and content uploads and creator payments.
  • Support client comms on the commerce workstream on calls and via email, with help from your manager.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, social commerce or affiliate.
  • Must have TikTok campaign experience; TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing high volumes of creators and content.
  • Experience with UGC and micro creators.
  • Sample, seeding and logistics management experience.
  • Experience working across multiple campaigns simultaneously with short timelines.
  • Organised and meticulous about deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
  • High energy and able to multitask and prioritise quickly across several projects.
  • A proven team player with a proactive, positive approach – not afraid to roll the sleeves up.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
