Who are we? Influencer is a global creator marketing agency on a mission to shape the future of marketing by humanizing brands. By placing creators at the center, the agency delivers creator-first solutions across creative, media, and commerce that connect brands with audiences through insight-driven creator campaigns built to stop the scroll and drive measurable impact.

Founded in 2015 by YouTuber-turned-entrepreneur Caspar Lee and entrepreneur Ben Jeffries, Influencer is the world's largest independent creator marketing agency - powered by a unique ecosystem of proprietary technology, platform partnerships, and longstanding talent relationships.

As an Official Global Marketing Partner of TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, Meta, and Twitch, Influencer delivers bespoke, enterprise-level solutions powered by Waves, its AI-driven operating system. From concept to conversion, the agency blends human instinct with platform intelligence to drive measurable outcomes across the full funnel - from brand perception to performance and sales.

Overview of the job: We’re building out our Commercial Finance function to support Influencer's growth across EMEA, and we need an analytical powerhouse to make it happen. As Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind our pricing models, revenue forecasts, and commercial data systems. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and creative campaigns - partnering daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, and Operations to ensure our commercial decisions are data-driven, accurate, and insight-ready. You will directly influence how we price campaigns, forecast revenue, and make smarter commercial decisions.

3 best things about the job:

  • You’ll build the Commercial Finance function from the ground up - creating the pricing tools, forecast models, and dashboards that power commercial decision-making across EMEA.
  • You’ll work directly with commercial teams - becoming the go-to person for pricing logic, margin analysis, and campaign profitability insights.
  • You’ll master Influencer’s tech stack (HubSpot, Waves, Looker Studio) and become the expert on how our commercial systems talk to each other and drive revenue visibility.

Measures of success – In the first few months, you would have:

  • Built pricing models and campaign cost calculators that Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams are actively using for deal structuring.
  • Established robust data governance processes for HubSpot and Waves, improving data accuracy and reducing manual reconciliation time.
  • Created a suite of recurring performance reports (pipeline tracking, campaign profitability, client P&Ls) that inform weekly trading meetings.
  • Become the trusted commercial finance partner for at least 2-3 key Brand Partnerships or Client Services team members.
  • Identified and resolved key data gaps or system integration issues between HubSpot, Waves, and finance systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain pricing tools, rate cards, cost calculators, and margin models for creator campaigns including creator fees, production costs, media spend, and delivery effort.
  • Maintain forecast models tracking pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules, and revenue recognition status - providing weekly trading updates and flagging risks.
  • Own data governance across HubSpot and Waves - ensuring deal data, project information, creator records, and contracts are accurate, complete, and integration-ready.
  • Partner with Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams on cost benchmarking, budget allocation, project reforecasting, and revenue delivery tracking.
  • Produce performance reports and dashboards (pipeline vs forecast, campaign profitability, pod-level P&Ls) using Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Support Finance Operations on revenue recognition completeness, contract audits, invoicing accuracy, and monthly campaign reconciliations.
  • Act as first point of contact for commercial queries from non-finance teams, translating pricing logic and margin expectations into actionable guidance.
  • Test and maintain the HubSpot Waves integration, identifying system misalignments and process improvement opportunities.

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or agency finance with strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities - you can build complex models, use pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and create clear financial analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data discipline - you spot errors before they become problems and take ownership of data accuracy.
  • Commercial partnering skills - you’re comfortable working directly with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and/or project management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset - you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes from scratch.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.

A few of our core benefits:

  • Private Healthcare through Vitality.
  • Wellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover.
  • 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs).
