Overview Of The Job

As Head of Content, you will lead and scale Influencer’s in-house content production studio as part of our Creative Operations function. Today, our production studio primarily focuses on repurposing creator-led and branded assets into high-performing, platform-native formats for media campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, media, and commerce. You will ensure production and performance operate as one integrated system, with creative designed specifically for media distribution strategy and measurable outcomes. This is not a studio management role. It is a growth role. You will own and develop new production services, define the commercial model, build the team, design the systems, and establish the production engine that underpins Influencer’s performance and commerce ambitions.

Measures of success - In the first few months you will have:

  • Designed and launched a scaled production roadmap covering performance remixing, UGC creation, and Live/IRL production.
  • Established a clear commercial proposition and pricing structure for new production services.
  • Built a scalable UGC production system, including creator sourcing, scripting frameworks, and an external editor network.
  • Delivered measurable performance uplift through optimised creative output.
  • Implemented efficient workflows, tooling, and AI-enabled processes to increase output velocity without compromising quality.
  • Strengthened integration between Production and Media to ensure creative is aligned with media distribution strategy.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Influencer’s performance-led content production function.
  • Oversee the transformation of creator and branded content into platform-native, performance-optimised assets.
  • Build and manage a hybrid production model combining in-house editors, designers, and remote freelance specialists.
  • Develop scalable scripting frameworks for performance-led UGC and conversion-focused creative.
  • Establish Live and IRL production capabilities, including TikTok Live and brand activations.
  • Define the service proposition, operational workflows, and delivery standards for the expanded production offering.
  • Build and manage complex production budgets across pre-production, live production, and post-production.
  • Ensure strong commercial oversight, including margin control, profitability, and resource efficiency.
  • Develop client-facing production packages and pricing models across: content remixing, UGC production, performance creative, live commerce and IRL brand activations.
  • Partner with Creative Strategy, Client Services, and Growth to integrate production into pitches and proactively win new business.
  • Select and implement tools, software, and AI-enabled systems to streamline production at scale.
  • Maintain quality benchmarks and optimisation standards across all production outputs.
  • Manage project resourcing, priorities, and timelines to ensure efficient and commercially sound delivery.

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years in content production leadership within performance, social-first, creator marketing, or digital environments.
  • Proven expertise in repurposing and producing content for multiple platforms across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing complex production budgets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including margin awareness, pricing strategy, and scalable service development.
  • Experience building and leading teams of editors, designers, and freelance specialists.
  • Experience collaborating closely with paid media teams to align creative with distribution strategy.
  • Experience developing or scaling UGC production models is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to TikTok Live, commerce production, or IRL activations is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of AI and automation tools for content scaling is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
