Overview Of The Job

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our UK Client Services team, delivering best-in-class creator marketing campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands, media agencies, and platforms.

You’ll take ownership of campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting, with a particular focus on branded content campaigns in partnership with platforms including Tik Tok and Meta.

You’ll be at the centre of campaign delivery - managing creators, timelines, client communication, content and reporting - while working closely with your Senior Account Manager to build strong client relationships and drive account growth and retention.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and knows how to keep multiple campaigns, creators and stakeholders moving in the right direction.

  • End-to-end campaign ownership: You’ll have real ownership of creator campaigns from sourcing and contracting through to content, go-live and post-campaign analysis.

  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own campaign delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns across key social platforms, particularly Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • Manage the end-to-end creator process: Lead creator sourcing, negotiation and contracting, briefing, content vetting, go-live and reporting.
  • Drive timelines and organisation: Create and manage campaign timelines, ensuring clients, creators and internal teams are clear on key milestones, actions and delivery dates.
  • Build client relationships: Support the Senior Account Manager with client communications, proactively managing expectations, sharing updates and helping build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Be an expert in the creator community: Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies, confidently managing day-to-day communications and negotiations.
  • Manage campaign operations: Oversee campaigns through Waves and relevant partner platforms including TTCX and TTCM, ensuring briefs, content, campaign information and creator payments are accurate and up to date.
  • Turn performance into insight: Lead the development of Post Campaign Analysis reports, translating data into clear learnings, recommendations and opportunities, and confidently presenting these back to clients.
  • Contribute creatively: Work with the Senior Account Manager and wider team to develop creative strategies and identify ways to strengthen campaign execution.
  • What You Will Need
  • Relevant agency or brand experience: Several years' experience within client services, influencer marketing, branded content, advertising, social, media and/or creative.
  • Account and creator management experience: Confidence managing both client relationships and creators throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Strong campaign delivery skills: Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial and contracting knowledge: Experience reviewing creator and brand agreements, with an understanding of usage rights, payment terms and negotiations.
  • Analytical thinking: Experience delivering post-campaign analysis and turning performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication: Able to build strong relationships and rapport with clients, creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive: Comfortable prioritising quickly, solving problems and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
  • A collaborative mindset: A positive team player who actively supports others and contributes to the success of the wider team.
