Overview of the job: We are hiring for a Senior Account Director to join the client services team and lead one of our most high profile clients - a global CPG advertiser. You will be responsible for managing a team and successfully growing and nurturing our partnership across EMEA.

In the first few months, you would have:
- Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your line manager, direct reports and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the wider CS structure.
- Familiarise yourself with key processes and workflow to ensure efficiency and accountability across your team.
- Mastered internal tools and all essential functions to manage and maintain full oversight on projects across the portfolio, as well as adoption of G-Suite, Slack, Monday.com and Hubspot.
- Developed strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a reliable and trusted leader.
- Leading client meetings, and starting to understand the client’s processes, goals, priorities and expectations.
- Proactively looking at ways to grow and develop our partnership across the portfolio with new cross functional initiatives.

- Strong focus on client retention and growth, with expert knowledge of the creator industry.
- Strategic and commercial mindset, with experience working multi-channel and multi-market.
- Commercial and analytical thinker, is able to confidently pitch for relevant upsell opportunities.

- Responsible for campaign costing, budgets, and revenue tracking.

- Ability to lead a team (6+), identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to drive streamlined processes and impactful results.
- Can source and sign-off on effective solutions for complex campaign related issues.
- Holds direct reports accountable, providing insightful and strategic recommendations, ensuring the highest level of client service and organisation across a high volume of projects.
- Applies deeper level and holistic thinking - leads on developing impactful content strategies and new business opportunities.
- Proficient at building a long-term vision for key accounts.
- Highly-organised & effective leader, continuously improving and scaling our delivery and reporting, regularly reviewing performance and optimising accordingly.
- Expert knowledge of different platform features, formats and placements as well as paid media and cross-funnel marketing solutions.
- Confident presenting, hosting and moderating events and/or workshops.
- Is passionate about industry trends, platform trends, proactively sharing valuable insights and ideas to inspire and educate.
What you will need:
- Experience in Influencer Marketing is mandatory.
- 6+ years working in an agency or brand within influencer marketing, advertising, social, media and/or creative.
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com and G-suite.
- You are commercially savvy and organised.
- You have experience managing high profile clients (a passion for or past experience working within CPG is a bonus).
- Understanding of paid media, objectives, KPIs and strategy.
- You are a self starter and happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritise across several projects.
- A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others.
- Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
- Multilingual language capabilities is a bonus, but not mandatory.
