We are looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager to become the Waves expert for EMEA and help lead that next phase. This is not a conventional PMM role focused only on messaging, launches, and sales decks. You will sit at the intersection of users, clients, Product, Engineering, Client Services, Brand Partnerships, and specialist teams across the business, acting as the person your region turns to on all things Waves.
You will own regional support and enablement, launch new features, train internal teams, onboard external users, provide early customer success support, lead user research, shape go-to-market activity, and work directly with the Global VP Product Solutions & Operations to investigate future product and commercial opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced product marketer who can come in with a point of view, bring proven PMM discipline into the business, establish best practice, and take genuine ownership from day one. You should be able to show us how excellent product marketing works, rather than wait to be given a detailed playbook.
3 best things about the job:
- You become the Waves expert for your region.
- You will be the person closest to how Waves is actually used.
- You help turn Waves into a scalable commercial opportunity.
Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
- Become the recognised Waves subject matter expert and first point of contact for Client Services and Brand Partnerships in your region.
- Built strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Brand Partnerships, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Creative Production, and with your Regional PMM counterpart.
- Taken ownership of regional Waves support, training, and enablement, creating a clear and repeatable experience for internal teams and client users.
- Led the successful regional launch and adoption of new Waves features.
- Successfully onboarded new external users to Waves and established a high-quality customer success experience.
- Led structured user discovery across internal teams, clients, prospects, and beta users.
- Partnered with the Global VP Product Solutions & Operations and relevant internal experts to research, validate, and commercially assess future product opportunities.
- Improved how Waves is positioned and commercialised in your region.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Regional Waves Leadership, Support & Adoption.
- External Launch, Customer Success & Go-to-Market.
- User Research, Product Discovery & Roadmap Input.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships.
What you will need:
Essential:
- 7+ years of relevant experience across product marketing, product solutions, SaaS, marketing technology, advertising technology, or a related field.
- Strong product marketing expertise.
- A highly relevant background, ideally from TikTok, Meta, another major technology platform, creator marketing technology, influencer SaaS, or adjacent marketing technology.
- Strong understanding of the creator marketing workflow.
- Product fluency.
- Excellent user research and commercial judgement.
- Strong client-facing and GTM capability.
- High autonomy and ownership.
Desirable:
- PMM experience at TikTok, Meta, or another major technology platform.
- Experience with creative products, creator products, advertising products, or creator marketing technology.
- Experience commercialising a B2B SaaS or technology product.
- Experience managing beta programmes.
- Experience conducting competitor analysis.
- Strong AI fluency.
A few of our core benefits:
- Private Healthcare through Vitality.
- Wellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover.
- 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs).
