Overview: In this exciting role you will be working directly with one of our most high profile clients within the CPG sector. You will work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully nurturing and growing our client relationship across Europe.
- Lead the relationship with one of the world's most recognisable CPG brands, managing high-impact creator campaigns across multiple European markets.
- Shape the strategic direction of a key account, with autonomy to develop innovative influencer marketing solutions that drive real business outcomes beyond vanity metrics.
- Build and lead your own team while working at the forefront of the creator economy, leveraging Influencer's proprietary tech and official platform partnerships with TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Snap.
Measures of success: In the first few months, you would have:
- Established yourself as a trusted strategic partner to the client, demonstrating deep understanding of their brand objectives, market challenges and growth opportunities across Europe.
- Built strong cross-functional relationships internally and taken ownership of the account's operational rhythm, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and proactive communication.
- Identified and begun executing on at least two significant growth opportunities within the account, whether through expanded scope, new markets, or innovative campaign approaches.
- Implemented or refined processes that improve team efficiency and client service delivery, demonstrating your ability to scale operations.
- Delivered data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that showcase the tangible business impact of creator campaigns, positioning Influencer as an essential growth partner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth of a key CPG account with expert knowledge of the creator industry, identifying opportunities to expand partnership scope across markets, platforms and campaign objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire your team as a line manager, holding direct reports accountable while providing strategic guidance, coaching and creating an environment where they can thrive and grow.
- Act as the senior client point of contact, building deep relationships at multiple levels within the client organization and positioning Influencer as a trusted, strategic partner.
- Own end-to-end campaign management across multiple European markets, ensuring flawless execution while managing complex, multi-platform initiatives simultaneously with acute attention to detail.
- Develop and implement operational processes and efficiencies that scale client service, continuously improving ways of working and setting the standard for excellence.
- Provide strategic counsel on platform features, formats, paid media integration and cross-funnel marketing solutions, staying ahead of industry and platform trends to inspire and educate both clients and internal teams.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations that demonstrate business impact beyond likes and impressions.
- Navigate and resolve complex campaign challenges with effective, strategic solutions that protect client relationships while maintaining operational integrity.
What you will need:
- Proven experience working as an Account Director with a track record of managing high-value clients and demonstrating the ability to nurture and grow strategic relationships.
- Experience managing consumer packaged goods (CPG) advertisers across multi-channel and multi-market campaigns, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
- Background in influencer marketing, media or advertising with deep passion for and understanding of how creator marketing is evolving and driving business outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing direct reports, delegating effectively, and developing team members while maintaining accountability.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com and G-suite, with the organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset combined with commercial awareness, able to think creatively about campaign solutions while staying focused on business objectives and targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, translating complex campaign data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, taking initiative to exceed targets and get ahead of challenges.
- Knowledge of social platform ecosystems, creator landscape, and digital marketing trends with meticulous planning and attention to detail.
