Our work embraces everything from social strategy to creative campaigns, paid media, DOOH, branding and production. The Role
We currently have a vacancy within our Internship Program on the Paid Media Team based at our Central London HQ between the months of August – December 2025. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in data, social media and a passion that drives them to think outside the box and can help us deliver best-in-class work for our clients.

- Shortened working days = Wellness Wednesday finish at 3:30PM, and Fridays finish at 5:30PM
- The potential to be hired full-time upon the successful completion of the internship
We’re looking for someone with…
- A genuine interest in digital marketing – particularly in Paid Media and performance-driven campaigns
- Confidence working with and analysing numbers (performance metrics) and working with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- A keen eye for detail, accuracy and a methodical approach to work
- A curious mindset – someone who enjoys asking questions, testing ideas and learning new platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and organised approach to managing time and tasks
- A team player
- A passion for culture, creativity and digital storytelling
- The right to work in the UK
- Either secondary school qualifications or be at least 18 years old
- A commutable distance to our Shoreditch office so you can join us in person multiple times a week
