Ready to gain experience in the world of digital marketing at London’s most creative full service digital agency?
Our work embraces everything from social strategy to creative campaigns, paid media, DOOH, branding and production. We have an extremely talented and diverse team who are passionate about what they do. We work with the likes of Sony Music, Primavera Sound, BMG, True Brit, Cineworld, Counter Terrorism Policing, Science Museum Group, British Council and loads more…we don’t do boring!
The Role
We currently have a vacancy within our Internship Program on the Paid Media Team based at our Central London HQ between the months of August - December 2025. We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in data, social media and a passion that drives them to think outside the box and can help us deliver best-in-class work for our clients.

- Experience both in-office and working from home styles of working in our hybrid set up
- Shortened working days = Wellness Wednesday finish at 3:30PM, and Fridays finish at 5:30PM
- The potential to be hired full-time upon the successful completion of the internship
We’re looking for someone with…
- A genuine interest in digital marketing – particularly in Paid Media and performance-driven campaigns
- Confidence working with and analysing numbers (performance metrics) and working with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- A keen eye for detail, accuracy and a methodical approach to work
- A curious mindset – someone who enjoys asking questions, testing ideas and learning new platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and organised approach to managing time and tasks
- A team player
- A passion for culture, creativity and digital storytelling
- The right to work in the UK
- Either secondary school qualifications or be at least 18 years old
- A commutable distance to our Shoreditch office so you can join us in person multiple times a week
