The Senior Account & Data Solutions Manager would have the opportunity to work across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management & Leadership
    • Act as the senior client lead across key agency accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
    • Consult clients on data-driven strategies and tactics to meet campaign objectives.
    • Oversee cross-functional teams (Account Management, Paid Media, Strategy) and lead campaign planning, reviews and delivery.
    • Oversee day-to-day service delivery including internal and external team communication, creative output, media buying, reporting, etc.
    • Manage budgets and invoicing, track profitability, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
    • Build CRM and other 1st party customer data strategies to maximise ROI within our performance campaigns, across acquisition, retention and sales.
  • Campaign Data & Reporting
    • Lead the development and improvement of performance dashboards and data visualisation tools with our data platform partner Adverity.
    • Guide teams on best practices for tracking, reporting, and measurement.
    • Provide hands-on consultation for pixel implementation, tagging, and platform integrations.
    • Provide training for and support with dashboard builds across data harmonisation, transformation and visualisation.
    • Champion scalable data solutions that enhance both internal workflows and client value.
  • Business Development & Commercial Growth
    • Pitch dashboard services and data insights to new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate on proposals, branded demos and strategic upselling of data services.
    • Help to shape reporting into a productised, revenue-driving offer for the agency.
    • Oversee CRM processes and usage.
  • Project & Team Management
    • Scope and lead new projects, aligning internal teams and tracking delivery.
    • Line manage one junior team member, providing them with support and guidance in their professional development.
    • Support department leads with accurate project scoping and resourcing.
    • Ensure roles, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and well managed.
    • Support team development and ensure delivery aligns with scope, metrics and expectations.

What we’re looking for someone with…

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including agency or in-house roles with a focus on performance reporting or paid media activity across key social channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance data, data visualisation platforms and tracking technologies (experience with Adverity or a similar data transformation tool is a plus!).
  • Confident client lead with a strategic mindset and natural ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, profitability tracking and new business pitching.
  • A great collaborator - someone who enjoys working across disciplines and building solutions together.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a flair for data storytelling and insight-driven recommendations.
  • Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to project and team management.
  • Passionate about digital innovation and the power of data to drive impact.
