The team has a wealth of experience and long-standing relationships in motorsport, sailing, tennis and golf.

The Role: We’re looking for a commercially astute and motivated Commercial Manager to lead delivery for key clients and support the agency’s continued growth. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to some of the most prestigious properties in global sport including the America’s Cup, the Tour de France, Hyrox, Formula 1 alongside other high‑profile accounts in sailing and tennis. You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns while identifying new sales and sponsorship opportunities. The role requires someone confident in front of clients, comfortable leading delivery and focused on building high‑value long‑term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities for clients
  • Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of partnership activity across multiple clients
  • Coordinate internal teams, rights holders and third parties to keep timelines and deliverables on track
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active campaigns
  • Produce and review high‑quality decks, reports and proposals
  • Support on renewals and growth strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders
  • Oversee junior team outputs and provide mentorship
  • Contribute to agency development offering ideas, insight and support across projects
  • Represent the agency at meetings and events when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client‑facing role within sponsorship, partnerships or commercial sport
  • Strong understanding of the global sports landscape – ideally with exposure to cycling, sailing, Formula 1 or tennis – and well‑versed in key trends, rights holders and industry dynamics
  • Commercially astute, with a good grasp of brand objectives, partnership valuations and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in developing and reviewing presentations, reports and client‑facing materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear and detail‑oriented
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Valid driving licence and passport
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with foreign languages a bonus
  • Willingness to travel (predominately to USA, Saudi Arabia and Italy) and work occasional evenings/weekends as required
