Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Head of M&A. The role will be based in London, UK and will report into the VP of Corporate Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving our client's M&A pipeline in Europe by sourcing, screening, and prioritising acquisition targets aligned with growth strategy.
- Lead evaluation of opportunities, including strategic fit, high-level financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring/negotiation.
- Manage end-to-end transaction execution with internal teams and external advisors, owning business case assumptions and value drivers.
- Prepare clear updates, materials, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board on deal opportunities and progress.
- Develop account management approaches and maintain high-quality data in our client's proprietary M&A database to support ongoing deal sourcing.
