Location: Infleqtion has offices in the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. This is a full‑time position in our Kidlington, Oxford office. Work from home permitted up to 2 days per week based on business needs and manager approval.
Job Overview: The HR Coordinator supports the HR team in delivering an efficient and positive employee experience across the organisation. This role is responsible for coordinating core HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and acting as a first point of contact for employee queries ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, helping to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance activities. Working closely with managers and employees, the role contributes to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and well‑organised workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and update HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems and employee records accurately
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and support data analysis where required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in HR or a recruitment agency
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS and ATS) and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
