Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company solving the world's most challenging problems. This is a full-time position in our Kidlington, Oxford office. Work from home permitted up to 2 days per week based on business needs and manager approval.
The HR Coordinator supports the HR team in delivering an efficient and positive employee experience across the organisation. This role is responsible for coordinating core HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and update HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems and employee records accurately
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and support data analysis where required
Requirements
- 3+ years working in HR or a recruitment agency
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS and ATS) and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
