Use data and insights to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable performance improvements. Support the development of scalable operational practices aligned with company growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation, and operational workflows. Implement best practices such as cycle counting, stock audits, and process standardisation. Reduce waste, obsolescence, and excess inventory through structured improvements. Introduce continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean principles where appropriate).
  • Data & Reporting: Generate regular inventory and operational performance reports for leadership. Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Support forecasting and planning activities through accurate data and reporting.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure inventory handling and operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain clear documentation of inventory systems, processes, and operational procedures. Support operational governance by tracking delivery risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
