Infios is a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The Director of Solution Consulting - EMEA will lead the regional presales organization, aligning with the go‑to‑market strategy for our Supply Chain Execution portfolio to drive revenue growth, value selling, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Build, lead and develop a high‑performing EMEA Solution Consulting team with clear coverage, role clarity and career paths. Translate global strategy into regional execution plans aligned to pipeline priorities and revenue goals. Partner with regional sales leadership to drive disciplined qualification, account planning and pursuit strategy.
- Sales Execution & Customer Engagement: Deliver high‑impact discovery, differentiated demos and business value narratives across strategic pursuits. Strengthen presales influence on deal strategy, shape solution‑based selling, competitive positioning and customer value outcomes. Support executive‑level engagements for key accounts and global programs.
- Sales Excellence & Operational Consistency: Standardize presales processes, content and reporting aligned with global team priorities.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Services and Marketing to align roadmaps, messaging and industry stories. Champion feedback loops to influence product direction and solution quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Solution Consulting/Presales within Supply Chain Execution.
- Proven leadership of regional or global teams in high‑growth environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales to influence win rates and deal outcomes.
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate value to C‑suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in complex solution positioning, competitive strategy and value‑based selling.
- Change leadership experience driving standardization and adoption across regions.
