We are looking for a hands-on, creative and data-savvy Content Marketing Manager to execute our inbound programs across key digital channels. In this role, you will translate the content strategy and narratives into high-quality channel experiences that drive top- and mid-funnel engagement while ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels and measuring performance.
You will manage our blog and resource centre, and ensure our content is discoverable across both traditional search and emerging LLM-driven environments. This is a highly collaborative role that balances execution, optimization and channel innovation.
What a Day In Life Of Looks Like- Own the strategy, planning and execution of the blog and resource centre, including publishing, optimisation and ongoing content refreshes.
- Lead advanced SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives to maximise visibility across traditional search and AI/LLM ecosystems (e.g. AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
- Build and manage editorial calendars aligned to business priorities, product narratives and keyword strategy.
- Design intent-driven content experiences optimised for featured snippets, AI-generated summaries and conversational search.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand and Digital teams to align content with campaigns and digital experiences.
- Activate content across owned, earned and paid digital channels, including newsletters, syndication and promoted content.
- Use automation and AI tools to streamline content creation, metadata, distribution and optimisation while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Provide keyword- and insight-led content recommendations to inform editorial planning and improve organic performance.
- Track and analyse content and channel performance across awareness and mid-funnel KPIs, using data to optimise outcomes.
- Conduct content audits, benchmark performance, stay ahead of SEO and AI-search trends, and report insights to senior stakeholders.
- 5–7 years’ experience in content, inbound or digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to manage blogs, editorial calendars and multi-channel content programmes from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including GEO/AEO and modern search and AI-driven discoverability trends.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing analytics tools to track KPIs and optimise performance.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, high-quality execution across channels and campaigns.
- Collaborative and proactive, with experience working cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Digital and Sales.
- Familiarity with AI tools in content workflows and a willingness to experiment with new tactics and distribution approaches.
Base Salary up to 120,000.00 USD. This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity. This role comes with additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
