We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior NetSuite System Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the NetSuite platform, focusing on analyzing requirements, optimizing system configurations, and supporting integrations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with an analytical mindset who can translate complex business needs into effective, scalable NetSuite solutions that align with our overall strategy.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

  • Requirements & Analysis: Conduct in-depth business needs analysis across functions and translate them into actionable NetSuite specifications.
  • Configuration & Optimization: Configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including custom records, fields, workflows, and forms.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other systems (e.g. CRM, HRIS, CSM).
  • Support & Training: Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training as needed.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Recommend improvements to business processes and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and changes.
  • Project & Testing Coordination: Lead NetSuite projects, coordinate testing and UAT, manage issue resolution, and support system maintenance activities.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years in system analysis and NetSuite administration.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Proven experience configuring NetSuite (custom records, workflows, etc.); SuiteFoundation certification strongly preferred.
  • Languages & Communication: Proficiency in German and English; strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance, accounting, ERP, and customer success processes.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with NetSuite APIs, SQL (a plus), system documentation, and process mapping; knowledge of SDLC practices.
  • Tools & Mindset: Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills, task ownership, and a service-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
