We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better. We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Join our team at Infios! The Client Partner is a quota-carrying, field-based sales leader within Infios' Professional Services organization, focused on driving high-impact services engagements that accelerate customer value across our supply chain software solutions. This role owns a dedicated professional services booking quota, selling both standalone services engagements and services packaged alongside software—each with distinct pricing and contracting models. As the primary seller for professional services, the Client Partner works directly with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders to shape, position, and close large, complex services engagements that enable successful transformation and long-term customer outcomes.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Own and achieve annual professional services bookings quota, including standalone services engagements and integrated software-plus services deals.
  • Originate, pursue, and close professional services opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Sell implementation, upgrade, and post-go-live enhancement services for Infios solutions, including large, complex, multi-million-euro engagements.
  • Operate as a field-based seller, engaging directly with client executives and C-suite leaders through face-to-face meetings and on-site engagements.
  • Develop and manage a services sales pipeline, including forecasting and deal progression.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives where services are sold alongside software, while retaining primary ownership of the services sales motion.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, risk alignment, and commercial viability of services engagements.
  • Lead development and negotiation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including pricing and contractual terms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, supply-chain leaders, and IT stakeholders throughout the services sales cycle.
  • Support smooth handoffs to delivery teams following deal close to enable successful client outcomes.
What you bring to the team:
  • 7+ years of experience selling professional services for enterprise software or consulting organizations.
  • Proven track record of owning and closing professional services booking quotas, including standalone services deals.
  • Experience selling large, complex professional services engagements to senior executives and C-suite buyers.
  • Strong ability to independently build, forecast, and close a services sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in a field sales environment requiring significant travel.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or ERP software (WMS, TMS, OMS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global or near-shore delivery models.
