We are seeking an OMS Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Order Management solutions for EMEA/APAC programs. This role provides technical leadership across OMS platforms and partners with global stakeholders.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Own OMS customer project solution strategy, architecture, and delivery
- Design and oversee integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, TMS, and POS systems
- Ensure scalable, cloud-native, API-driven OMS solutions
- Partner with business, product, and delivery leaders globally
- Support presales, solution design, and technical governance
This is a remote-based role in the UK. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience with OMS platforms such as Infios OM, Manhattan, IBM Sterling, or Blue Yonder
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, and returns
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel transformation experience
- Consulting or presales background
- Ability to work with European and Asia Pacific stakeholders
