Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable ServiceNow configurations. Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems. Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver the outcomes. Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, development, and implementation. Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD integration with Workday. Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of architecture principles and how they apply to ServiceNow projects.
