12 years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain. Must have worked on PSS cloud and good to have GDS understanding. CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Deliver & support business process innovation workshops. Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. Assess customers' business requirements, co-create the future vision for success, and map to Salesforce solutions.
Give input to customers' target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture. Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solutions for the customers on the Salesforce 360 platform. Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technology.
Comfortable working with complex business requirements, design, and help configure the desired solution. Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams, and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architecture. Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, as well as proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks.
