About the RoleAs Multisite Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting three Infinitybludentalpractices, clinicians and Practice teams. You will ensure that each practice operatesefficiently,delivers excellent patient experiences and maintains the highest standards of compliance,safetyand clinical governance.This is an office-based position, with time spent across the relevantsites as required. The role willinvolve regular travel between your designated practices, and you will be expected to maintain avisible, supportive and proactive presence within each team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching and operational support to thepractice teams
Ensure compliance with governance, infection control, Health Board and GDCstandards
Oversee HR processes, including absence, performance, training and development
Supportstaff engagement, retention and culture across multiple locations
Analyse performance data andimplement improvement plans where needed
Promote consistent delivery of Infinityblu\’s values, processesand service standards
Build positive relationships with clinicians and support teams
Supportrecruitment, onboarding and induction processes
Attend business meetings at our Hub in Pitlochry andStirling
Travel routinely across assigned practices
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in managing multi-site dentalpractices or similar healthcare environments
Confident in leading and supporting teams across multiplesites
Highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise a varied workload
Professional,approachable and able to communicate at all levels
Strong in problem solving, decision making andconflict management
Knowledgeable in dental compliance, governance and operational processes
Motivated by high standards and continuous improvement
A positive culture ambassador who leads byexample
A Dental or Healthcare Management and Leadership qualification is desirable
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
