This includes the use of our scanners, Implants, Chrome Implants, and many other innovative treatments and equipment. The guidance provided by experienced dental nurses within our practice, as well as other Infinityblu sites, is invaluable in offering opportunities and career pathways for you to develop and enhance your skills through training.

Full training apprenticeship will be provided for any successful trainee candidate. Apprenticeship wage £12.21. Increase applied on qualifying, post qualifications and role. The hours will be 21 hours worked over 3 days. Salary will be prorated to agreed working hours.
The Job Role:
- Provide chairside assistance, ensuring that the correct equipment is available.
- Keep the clinical areas, equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile as appropriate according to the practice’s health and safety and infection control procedures and manufacturers' instructions.
- Use our mouth scanner to ensure our patients are given the best experience and record these in patient notes.
- Prepare the necessary materials and instruments.
- Meet and greet patients with a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records as directed on SOE Exact.
- Continually interpret the needs of the patients and dentist and deal with them promptly and efficiently.
- Work within our Front of House team to provide excellent customer service.
- Take all reasonable methods to ensure patient comfort.
- Follow all practice policies and procedures.
- Observe patient confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure adequate stocks of materials and other items within the surgery.
- Liaise with reception to ensure smooth patient communications and transfer of records.
- Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice – Reception cover when required.
- Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities.
- Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR decontamination and radiology.
- Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct.
- Work at other practice locations from time to time as required.
- Maintain GDC registration.
- To maintain and increase competence in nursing skills by actively following a programme of continuing professional development.
