We are looking for an experienced and motivated Multisite Practice Manager to join our growing team at Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with strong operational, organisational and people-management skills to support our practices across Crieff, Auchterarder and Auchtermuchty. About the Role
As Multisite Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting three Infinityblu dental practices, clinicians and Practice teams. You will ensure that each practice operates efficiently, delivers excellent patient experiences and maintains the highest standards of compliance, safety and clinical governance. This is an office-based position, with time spent across the relevant sites as required. The role will involve regular travel between your designated practices, and you will be expected to maintain a visible, supportive and proactive presence within each team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching and operational support to the practice teams
- Ensure compliance with governance, infection control, Health Board and GDC standards
- Oversee HR processes, including absence, performance, training and development
- Support staff engagement, retention and culture across multiple locations
- Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans where needed
- Promote consistent delivery of Infinityblu’s values, processes and service standards
- Build positive relationships with clinicians and support teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Attend business meetings at our Hub in Pitlochry and Stirling
- Travel routinely across assigned practices
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in managing multi-site dental practices or similar healthcare environments
- Confident in leading and supporting teams across multiple sites
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise a varied workload
- Professional, approachable and able to communicate at all levels
- Strong in problem solving, decision making and conflict management
- Knowledgeable in dental compliance, governance and operational processes
- Motivated by high standards and continuous improvement
- A positive culture ambassador who leads by example
- A Dental or Healthcare Management and Leadership qualification is desirable
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
