Location: 2 days at Abbey Wood with up to 1-2 days at supplier site in Merthyr Tydfil, (expenses to Merthyr Tydfil are claimable)

About Infinity Systems Engineering Infinity Systems Engineering Ltd (ISE) is a growing Systems and Safety Engineering consultancy supporting some of the UK's most exciting and technically challenging Defence programmes.
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineers to provide engineering support, technical coordination and issue management across the in-service AJAX fleet, helping maintain operational readiness, reliability and availability.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate in-service engineering activities to support AJAX fleet readiness and operational availability.
Identify, track, investigate and support the resolution of engineering issues.
Produce technical reports, engineering status updates and fleet performance assessments.
Work closely with Army stakeholders, engineering teams, maintenance providers, logistics and supply-chain organisations.
Support engineering risk management, issue escalation and technical decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on fleet reliability and availability.
Monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements and programme objectives.
Maintain engineering records, issue logs, technical documentation and decision records.
Support updates to manufacturing and engineering plans, ensuring issues are appropriately managed and escalated.
Skills & Experience Required Experience in In-Service Engineering, Engineering Support or Fleet Management within Defence or a similar highly regulated environment.
Strong understanding of engineering issue management, technical investigations and problem resolution.
