Systems Engineers - Permanent Location: Remote / Hybrid depending on programme Employment: Permanent Join ISE on High-Profile Defence Programmes We are a small to medium sized consultancy with a fantastic and growing team and lots of ambition. ISE are currently supporting our clients on some of the most exciting and technically challenging projects in the defence sector. Infinity Systems Engineering is looking for experienced Systems Engineers to support complex defence programmes across the Air, Weapons, UAS, Electronic Warfare, Radar and Land domains . You will support systems engineering activities throughout the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture through to integration, verification, validation and acceptance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage system and sub-system requirements . Support requirements capture, analysis, decomposition and traceability . Develop system architectures, interfaces and functional models. Support MBSE activities where appropriate. Produce and maintain Systems Engineering documentation, including SEMPs and technical specifications . Support Verification & Validation (V&V) planning and delivery. Manage technical interfaces and support system integration activities. Support engineering reviews, design assurance and technical decision making. Work closely with Safety, Design, Software, Hardware, Test and customer teams. Support technical risk, issue and change management throughout the lifecycle. Experience Required We are interested in Systems Engineers with experience across one or more of the following areas: Fast Jets / Combat Air UAS / UAV Weapons Systems Electronic Warfare (EW) Radar & Sensors Land Systems / Land Safety Experience in some of the following would be highly desirable: Requirements Engineering Systems Architecture MBSE DOORS / DOORS Next Cameo / Rhapsody Verification & Validation System Integration Interface Management Technical Assurance Full systems engineering lifecycle experience Previous experience within Defence, Aerospace or other complex safety-critical engineering environments is highly desirable.
