Infinity Staffing Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Freight Clerk to join a well-established, rapidly expanding global logistics company based in Wellesbourne who specialise in road, air and sea freight.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities:
- Freight processing for imports/exports via sea, air and road
- UK road haulage and international road/air courier bookings, management and tracking
- Liaising with customers, hauliers and agents via telephone and email
- Handling & processing transportation documents
- Quotations
- Data entry & processing using Boxtop, Atom and Microsoft Excel
- Internal & external reports – daily, weekly & monthly
- Tracking orders start to finish
- Invoices, debit & credit notes, processing payments for shipping imports
Essential Experience:
- You must be a competent user of Microsoft Excel and Boxtop and/or Atom to be considered for this position.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years in Freight, Import, Export and/or logistics industry experience.
Working Hours & Salary:
Monday – Friday, 8.00‑4.30 pm.
