Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer – Central Scotland Field Service Engineer Salary: £37,000 – £43,000 (DOE) Plus Overtime (After 40 Hours) | Door-to-Door Pay | Company Van | 1-in-4 Weekend Standby My client are looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, covering sites across Central Scotland. The Role You’ll be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This is a field-based role with door-to-door pay and regular overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance, and reactive repairs on commercial refrigeration and A/C systems * Fault finding and troubleshooting to a high standard * Completing F-Gas compliant work and associated documentation * Conducting on-site risk assessments and ensuring safe working practices Requirements * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent) * F-Gas 2079 certification essential * Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship Benefits * £37,000 – £43,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Overtime after 40 hours * Door-to-door pay * Company van and fuel card * 1-in-4 weekend standby rota * Saturday paid at 1.5x * Sunday paid at 2.0x * Opportunity for ongoing training and career development Job Type: Full-time Pay: £37,000.00-£43,000.00 per year If this sounds like you please send George your cv in the first instance and he will give you a call
