Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to take on a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer to join their team. Work is mainly service and breakdown across London and surrounding counties. There will be some installation works from time to time when the install team is busy, but this is not an install heavy role.
What they are looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years experience and qualified
- Solid service background
- Reliable, self-motivated and good with customers
- Clean license
- DBS will be carried out prior to starting
What's on offer:
- Salary Β£45,000-Β£52,000
- Holiday Allowance + bank holiday
- Extra holiday day added each year served
- Profit share on work you bring into the business (uncapped earning potential)
- Bonuses available after probation
- Pension
- 2 hours paid travel per day
- As well as the usual equipment to complete works (van, fuel card, company card, uniform, specialist tools, phone contributions)
