My client is on the lookout for an experienced Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join their expanding Service/Maintenance & Installation Team. Main Duties:
- Undertake the service/maintenance and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems mainly throughout the East Midlands area.
- Be able to effectively & efficiently diagnose and repair faults on systems.
- To provide excellent communication & customer service whilst on site to ensure client/company relationships are sustained & developed.
- To competently complete necessary documentation relating to works carried out each day.
The successful applicant should have:
- Proven experience in the service and installation of commercial and air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- NVQ or City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (optional).
- FGAS Category 1 certificate.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- A good knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
- Positive 'can do' attitude.
- Be prompt and punctual.
