An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join my client's well-established company, working across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. They are looking for an experienced service engineer with strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, capable of servicing, maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality repairs efficiently and effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems, including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs.
  • Working on both residential and commercial sites.
  • Occasionally working outside standard hours to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Be located within 15 miles of the warehouse at Dartford DA2 7ER.
  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be an efficient multitasker with good IT skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Be flexible, open to change, and trustworthy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds.
  • Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar.

Package & Benefits

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£55,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
  • Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
