Full job description for an Air Conditioning Install Engineer. Salary: 38k-45k DOE. Company based in Aldershot.
My client is seeking an experienced engineer to join their installation and projects team. This person should be conscientious and keen to complete projects efficiently, with a proven track record of meeting customer expectations. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude with a friendly and professional approach.
Role:
- The installation of VRV.
- Working as part of a team, or independently, to ensure that project specifications are met.
- Communicating with site.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of refrigerant gases.
- Sharing knowledge and experience with improvers, so that good practice will benefit all members of the team.
Qualifications:
- FGAS qualification essential.
- CSCS certified advantageous, however training can be provided.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- You should be willing to undertake further training as required.
Experience:
- Approx 5-10 years site experience is ideal; this is not a suitable role for an improver.
- A history of experience on large sites, with a clear understanding of project requirements.
