Role Summary:
This is a full-time, role as a Security Systems Estimator located in Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost of security system projects, creating detailed project proposals, and identifying potential project risks. The Estimator will be responsible for take-offs, creating project cost breakdowns, and maintaining accurate project estimates. In addition to working closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements, the Estimator will liaise with clients and suppliers throughout the duration of projects. Submitting completed proposals ensuring competitive pricing and agreed profit margins.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Estimator is to review all prices, all tenders' requests and quotes sent to my clients for installation projects. This involves sourcing the best pricing and ensuring we are submitting proposals on time and to the British Standards. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
